My experience
I obtained an MBA from EMLyon business school and have experience as a team manager, salesperson and business developer. Doctor in molecular biology from Paris-Sud University, I was a researcher at the CNRS and École polytechnique. I taught to students from École polytechnique (engineering), EMLyon Business School, and University Paris-Sud.
I carried out B2B sales activities: researching and contacting prospects, commercial pitches and offer negotiation, in simple and complex sales, with calls for tenders.
I was also responsible for an international sales support team from biotechnology reagents to large scientific instruments (pipetting robots and capillary sequencers). I managed a training center (teaching sales techniques and scientific technologies) and a scientific applications laboratory for a multinational biotechnology company.
I have been in charge of numerous projects of a wide technical and thematic variety. I managed the human aspects of a team: recruitment, coaching and training, promotions, departures.
I managed complex budgets and purchases, large equipment, furniture investments, renovation of real estate infrastructure.
I am used to interacting at all levels of an institution or company and working in highly multicultural and international environments.
Having lived in the USA for several years, I speak English fluently and have worked with clients and partners from many countries on all continents.
